Ultimate Health & Healing Detox Diet Plan

Eating this way will cause your body to detox whatever toxicity and ailments you have; including cancer, tumors, skin issues, moles, ulcers, colitis and just about 90% of all other illnesses and conditions that negatively affect our health.

  1. Breakfast  Large Salad – Kale, Lettuce, Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion – 1 teaspoon of Vinaigrette Dressing
  2. Snack  5oz – Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries or Peaches
  3. Lunch  Large Salad – Kale, Lettuce, Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion, Half an Avocado – 1 teaspoon of Vinaigrette Dressing
  4. Snack  5oz – Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries or Peaches
  5. Dinner  Large Salad – Kale, Lettuce, Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion, Dill, Basil – 1 teaspoon of Vinaigrette Dressing

Make sure your salads are large and filling; try to use organic tomatoes and fresh cut herbs. You can find most of this at a local market or place like Sprouts, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Don’t buy your produce at Walmart or a normal grocery store if you can help it. Try to buy organic foods and not conventional foods.

Important Side Notes

  • Do NOT substitute Vinaigrette Dressing for standard other dressings like Caesar Dressing, you will lose the detox if you use dressing filled with fat
  • Do NOT eat more than half an Avocado in one day, it is NOT a healthy fat (that was just a marketing gimmick to get people to eat avocado and now it’s developed blind uneducated followers that continue to promote it; the fat content from an Avocado is 86% of your daily calories and it will stop the detox and healing process if you eat more than half in one meal)
  • Nectarines, Strawberries and Apricots are just as good as Peaches; they are high quality, high energy calories
  • I mix pickles with my salads sometimes, it does not decrease the detox or healing effect and the rumors about it being acidic is not true; it becomes alkaline when it enters the stomach acids; especially if you have stomach issues or an Ulcer
  • Do NOT eat in the 3 hours before bed, your stomach must be in a fasting state for you to get the best deep sleep and if the stomach is still digesting food while you sleep, you do not get the maximum healing and detox effect, and while you sleep is the highest time your body detoxes and cleanses itself. It takes 4 hours to digest meat, 3 hours for other cooked food, and about 2 hours for greens and fruit.
  • If this diet is too hard to start on, you can add chicken or turkey, maybe some bread crumbs, or light cheese crumbs to the lunch meal – but don’t overdo it or you lose the fasting and healing state.

Other Diet Ideas

You can substitute any day from above with any day of the following, or switch to or start with any of the following optional fast healing and detox diet plans…

  • Bananas & Celery – Go two weeks on blended bananas and celery; you will feel AMAZING
  • Berries – Eat nothing but berries; blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries = you will feel after one week like you can live forever and your sweat will be cleaner and shinier than rain drops, your skin will be smoother than it’s ever been and the whites of your eyes will be as bright as an Egyptian
  • Peaches – If you go one week on peaches and nothing else, you’ll come to think this is a God fruit; your body will heal itself quickly of almost any and all disease, skin clears up, stretch marks from lost fat go away for good, moles fall off, your hair and nails stop developing ridges and cracking
  • Grapes – There is a center in the UK that heals people from cancer by putting them on Grapes for 30 days; in truth it only takes about 2 weeks – it’s called the grape cure, and it really works (sure beats chemo radiation therapy, and it’s sure as hell worth a try if you are facing a serious health issue)
